Dr. Rita M. Murray has experience in multiple corporations, government organizations, non-profit and the energy/oil & gas industry, including consulting and executive education projects. Rita is an international keynote speaker and her areas of experience include leadership development, interpersonal communications, and emotional intelligence.
Rita’s research has focused on the development of higher order thinking skills of the Millennial Generation and the application of Crew Resource Management (CRM) to improve decision making. She has successfully delivered CRM frameworks for leadership multiple industries — oil and gas, safety, healthcare, security, engineering and IT. She is also the author of several workbooks on generational theory, managerial conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
She completed undergraduate work in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts. Her Master’s and PhD in Instructional Psychology & Technology from the University of Oklahoma compliment her diverse background and strong leadership experience. She brings unique passion, high energy and uncommon commitment to support the objectives of all her clientele.
Dr. Rita and her husband, Ron Murray, a US Air Force Academy (USAFA) graduate and highly decorated Vietnam combat pilot and Distinguished Flying Cross recipient, volunteer in prisons worldwide delivering life-changing rehabilitation programs for men and women inmates.
