First generation American and Gen Xer, Anne Marie, MBA, is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (®MBTI) practitioner. She has thirteen years experience in business and academia and is an adjunct professor of business management at Asnuntuck Community College in Connecticut. As a former staff member of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Anne Marie’s passion for communicating American demographics is educational, fun and engaging. She is an innovative leader with a unique blend of creativity and practical bottom-line focus who also, while employed by Bay State Gas Company in New England, was instrumental in their successful transition to deregulation.
Anne Marie’s interest in intergenerational communication was born at the BLS and matured as she taught her students of all ages and concluded that teaching and learning strategies which resonated with one generation often missed the mark with another. Thus began her business collaboration with Oklahoma-based Rita Murray, Baby Boomer, and CEO of Performance Consulting.
A graduate of Regis College in Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Anne Marie received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College.
A model Gen X mom, Anne Marie lives in Massachusetts where she and her Gen X MBA husband Joe are the proud parents of two Millennials.
