Generations

Bridging the Gap with Type

Based on the book by Dr. Murray and Hile Rutledge, Generations: Bridging the Gap with Type, this program employs R.O.P.E.s (Reality Oriented Personal Experiences) to build self-awareness, support team building, communication skills, and trust within a team. Specific generational/MBTI® type activities will address managing conflict, giving and receiving feedback, and the impact both have on working in teams and independently.

Experience how your personality and generational preferences influence your behavior and your effectiveness in working with others
Because the future of your business depends on recruiting, hiring, and motivating the 78 million Millennials, isn’t it worth spending a short time learning how to engage in more effective communication with them?

Format: 3.5-hour or 6-hour workshop
For: Leaders, Managers and Team Members

Applications

Team members need insights into their own cognitive preferences and generational needs and styles. Personal style impacts job performance and effectiveness with others. Understanding this and knowing your generation in order to best engage others is an important first step in exercising communication strengths and identifying blind spots.
