Navigating Generational Minefields

Based on the book by Dr. Murray, Lost in Generation Translation, this experiential workshop offers leaders the opportunity to experience clarity about generational differences and will be on their way to building more effective relationships with others and will have greater self-awareness. Rita will provide a high-level fun review of Multi-Generations in the Workplace and reminder of how to see leadership/team building issues from an age perspective.

Applications

Participants will be challenged to think, reflect, and make decisions differently. Whether joining in an exercise or an audience response polling question, participants will engage in experiential learning which enables them to learn from other participants, the facilitator and even from their environment. Our goal is to create transformational learning that has a profound effect on how participants think, learn and apply this new knowledge in their workplace and personal lives.
